Counter-notices and disputes
If material is removed and a counter-notice process is legally available, additional information may be requested. We may seek legal advice where a claim is disputed.
Important limitation
This page does not state or imply that AudiobookCalc has registered a DMCA designated agent or qualifies for any particular statutory safe harbor. It describes a practical process for reporting copyright concerns.
Abusive notices
Do not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, or misleading claims. Copyright disputes can have legal consequences, and parties should obtain legal advice when appropriate.
